Last updated: May 2, 2017 Currently, you can't use Outlook on Windows to edit calendars that are shared with your account, even if you've reconnected your account to Outlook.
Don't use i Cloud calendar, contact, or tasks sync for Exchange, Gmail, or Hotmail accounts.
Outlook 2013 (32- and 64-bit versions) is supported by i Cloud 2.1 i Cloud 2 users should check i Cloud 2 Issues General issues affecting both i Cloud1 and i Cloud2 are at i Cloud and Outlook Problems and issues specific to Contacts are at i Cloud and Outlook Contact Sync Issues.
New appointments are added to your default Calendar folder and you cannot set the i Cloud Calendar folder to be your default Calendar.
The easiest way to verify this is the problem is to log in to your Outlook Web Mail, if you are using Office 365 you can log in at https://portal.using your username and password.
If you can see the appointments in your shared calendars online then the issue is more than likely due to the cache on your Outlook needing refreshing, here are the steps to fix the problem: Please note.
