In 2010 I returned to the University of Sydney, where I became a Senior Lecturer in the School of Biological Sciences.
I was then awarded an ARC-funded QEII Research Fellowship (2011-2015). Authorised by: Director, Marketing and Communications.
NELSI is implemented in the R programming language, and it is available as a package in github.
We present NELSI, an R package to simulate rates of evolution along phylogenetic trees.Dr Ho is a computational evolutionary biologist who is interested in phylogenetics, molecular evolution, molecular clocks, and ancient DNA.I am a researcher in the School of Biological Sciences, University of Sydney, where I originally completed my BSc (2002) and MSc (2003).BEAST2 is a free software package for Bayesian evolutionary analysis of molecular sequences using MCMC and strictly oriented toward inference using rooted, time-measured phylogenetic trees. This tutorial is written for BEAST v2.4.7 (Bouckaert et al., 2014).
